All orders placed on a weekday before 4pm PST will ship same day. Any order placed after 2:30pm PST will ship next day. Any orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, or Holidays will ship the next business day.
Due to seasonality, USPS delivery dates are purely an estimate, and may be shorter than actual delivery times. All listed delivery times are NOT a guarantee.
We will not ship THC-A to the following restricted states: Alaska, Arkansas, Colorado, Delaware, Hawaii, Idaho, Iowa, Minnesota, Montana, Nevada, New Hampshire, New York, North Dakota, Oregon, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Utah, Vermont, and Washington.
We will not ship Kratom to the following restricted states: Alabama, Arkansas, Indiana, Rhode Island, Vermont, and Wisconsin.

We have a 100% guarantee on our products so if something isn’t up to your expectations, please let us know within 30 days and we will make sure to take care of you.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
